• Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates.
• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative
professionals.
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
• Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data.
• Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors.
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping
information as required.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, business,
Technology or communications is often required.
• Proficient in Ms. Office & Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
for interacting with clients and supporting the sales team.
• Able to perform analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Fast learner and adaptive, detail and target oriented, able to
work under pressures, discipline and responsible.
