• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post job vacancies on various platforms and screen candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Manage recruitment administration and reporting
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Psychology or HR-related preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with job portals and sourcing tools is a plus
