Business Development (B2B) – Semarang
Duluin Group is a Technology Company that focuses on providing end-to-end business process solutions. Through our ecosystem Duluin Gajian, Duluin Workin, and Duluin Satu Digital Creative, we help businesses streamline operations, workforce solutions, and digital growth.
We are currently looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development (B2B) to grow our market in Semarang and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for all Duluin Group products
- Conduct partner outreach, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams (technology, creative, finance & legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B); SaaS industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to be mobile when required
- Willing to visit partners in Semarang, Central Java, and surrounding areas
