We're Hiring Business Development (B2B) - Duluin Satu Digital Creative

Duluin Group is a Technology Company that focuses on providing end-to-end business process solutions. We help brands and businesses grow through technology-driven creative and digital services.

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Business Development (B2B) professional to expand our partner portfolio and accelerate our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads (UMKM, Food & Baverage, Retail, Corporate and others
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings
  • Present and pitch agency services to prospective partner until onboarding
  • Negotiate and close deals until sign a contract
  • Maintain strong and long-term partner relationships
  • Collaborate with internal team technology, finance and creative media teams

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (agency experience is a plus) Fresh Graduates with experience are welcome
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in presentations and partner meetings
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and revenue goals
