We're Hiring Business Development (B2B) - Duluin Satu Digital Creative
Duluin Group is a Technology Company that focuses on providing end-to-end business process solutions. We help brands and businesses grow through technology-driven creative and digital services.
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Business Development (B2B) professional to expand our partner portfolio and accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads (UMKM, Food & Baverage, Retail, Corporate and others
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings
- Present and pitch agency services to prospective partner until onboarding
- Negotiate and close deals until sign a contract
- Maintain strong and long-term partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal team technology, finance and creative media teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (agency experience is a plus) Fresh Graduates with experience are welcome
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in presentations and partner meetings
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable working with KPIs and revenue goals
